How to use your glo™ for the first time?
If you've never used tobacco heaters before, you may have questions about how to use them properly. But don't worry! Using glo™ tobacco heaters is not complicated.
To use your new glo™ device for the first time, you of course need your glo™ tobacco heater but also the neo™ tobacco sticks. Find the different flavours available for your neo™ tobacco sticks and choose the one or ones you like best.
Here are the instructions and our tips for using your glo™ device:
- Open the flap of your glo™ device.
- Insert the neo™ tobacco stick into the opening to the coloured line.

- The double vibration indicates that the device is heating up.
- After 20 to 30 seconds, the device vibrates again and is ready to use.
- You can start your session and enjoy your tobacco stick.
- 10 seconds before the end of the session, your glo™ device will vibrate again and switch off.
- Remove the tobacco stick and close the flap of your glo™ device to protect the heating duct.
Impressions when using the glo™ device for the first time
If you've smoked traditional cigarettes up until now and you're just starting your first sessions with a tobacco heater, you need to prepare yourself for sensations that are slightly different from those of traditional cigarettes. The taste of heated tobacco is slightly different from that of burnt tobacco.

Charging the glo™ device is like that of a mobile phone or any other electronic device. The batteries in glo™ devices require regular charging, without waiting until they are completely discharged. It is also advisable to wait for the glo™ device to cool down (approximately 5 minutes after the end of the session) before charging it.
